Crashing Career Mode After Changing Kits

Hi mates, i play with Fulham and i'm in BPL, so i decided do edit the kits putting the BPL badge on sleeves. But it's crashing my career

I've changed the kits with CM15 and save my work. After that i restored the bh files with i68Controller.

Something wrong?

If you edit the database you have to start a new career because the old file becomes corrupt

But I just changed the kits...
I used to edit FIFA in 2008 to 2010 as you can see in my signature. Changing kits was never a trouble with career mode... Basically I can't edit my FIFA after starting a Career Mode? =/

You shouldn't have edited it using cm. Just import using cm and regenerate without saving. Edit the kit number, colours etc using revolution mod
