Crash on startup

Hi,

When I start Fifa11 , the game will work until the EA-logo screen, at that point it will crash and give a send report- error.

Before my game worked well, but the computer is re-installed and now it doesn't work anymore...

Can someone help me?

look around for the similar Crash threads. advised from SJ and RC, you must delete all registry regarding to EASPORTS/FIFA11 by REGEDIT. And reinstall your FIFA11. this is the most common people do.

I can't find the solution.

I can not understand why it isn't working.
I can selct my language, I see Cech, iniesta but then it crashes at the Ea logo or Kaka...

Do u have a controller attached to the machine (and that controller is not configured in fifaconfig.exe or game settings)?

no, my controller is in the game settings.

But when I start my computer and i play, there is no problem.
But when I startup again fifa a second time it crashes.

i've been collecting data what's the most people get crashed for DVD or ISO. my friend told me that ISO won't get crashed so often. mine is DVD and it crashed a lot. what's yours?

it's dvd...
But, it is stupid because before the re-install of my computer, the game didn't crash.
I was thinking about difficulties with the audio, (maybe) because at that point the first sounds of the game starting.

hi Keegan or Outsider... i've been seeing so many threads of crashing or wining. could you make a Sub Thread for all of this until the FIX Patch from EASports come out?

I found out that it could be a problem with affinity settings (processor affinity). when cpu 1 and 0 are selected, it will crash
when you only select cpu 1 or 0 it will work but it will lag and not working well...

Does somebody know something about this things.?

i dont care about the lag. how to set it? i'll try.

go to my computer, right click and go to properties.

As I allready told before, I think the problem is situated in my Processors...
Because when I tick off CPU 0 or 1 it will work but the matches are lagging and unplayable.

check that the fifa.exe priority is set to normal & nothing above or below.
also tick both processors as it requires both cpus.

what is your cpu ?
maybe i can help you overclock correctly if you need to.

when I put "fifa.exe" at normal, it will not make a difference, game still crash but as default it is always "lower than normal"..

How do I know what my cpu's are?

For graphics, I need cpu 1 and 0, but then my game crashes.
To get behind the ea and kaka screen, I only select Cpu 1, but then I can not play matches.

Ok, it seems that the problem is fixed...

But now I have a new bug...

I can play the game well, but only without a gamepad,
when I plug in a gamepad, the game crashes again.

Offcourse I wanna play WITH gamepad... Someone knows how I can fix this?
