Crash in Career Mode

Fifa 16 Crash in career Mode loading after adding a new team, i added it with Creation Master 16 how can I solve it ?
Note: I don't use moddingway

And I can't play a match with the team added the only thing that I can do is to repace a current with new one I wonder if there is another editing tool alows me to create team without crashing

After fixing some issues I can now play with new teams in career mode but there is another problem is that when I add a national team it crashes and give me a strange error message any ideas ? you'll find the image attached
