Is it possible to convert .sti files so the stadiums would be playable in 05?
I remembered fifaecp announce the making of a stadium converter that would allow you to convert stadiums from FIFA 2004 to FIFA 2005 even though it sound like the early stages of development and it wasn’t official as yet, they could of still give us an update on the patch and how much progress made instead of just posting the story on the site and leaving it as it is. The story was posted in February and since then nothing has been said since, it looks like they have given up the project. Other sites have successfully made stadiums and convert them into 05 e.g. fifastadiums.com (2 stadiums from the Mexican League), fifamania.it (2 stadiums converted from FIFA 2003 and I think Champions League 2004-2005) and 3 from FIFY CENTRUM (Bayern Munich and 2 Polish Stadiums). The stadiums from FIFY CENTRUM used GWiNDON’s Stadium Converter 2005 program, it looks like the only stadiums that we can use right know is the ones from FIFA 2003………………. This wouldn’t be a problem since we can use the stadiums from FIFA 2003 instead of waiting for the release of fifaecp soft wear.
On the other hand if or when fifaecp brings out the stadium converter it would bring more benefit since we would be able to convert more stadiums from 2004, the stadiums would be of better quality than that of 2003 and more stadiums would be released like in 2004 and it would be easier to install (personally installing stadiums the manual way with all those different file editing programs isn’t a problem for me)…………..if fifaecp makes a Stadium Installer. So we can all wait and see what fifaecp has install for us or if anyone has any information about the programs or breakthrough in FIFA 2005 stadiums I’ll be happy to know.
P.S Does anyone know where I can get or download FIFA 2003 stadiums that can be converted into FIFA 2005 (using GWiNDON’s stadium converter) and is it easy to convert?
