Converting Some Files From PES2009

Hey all!
Got Pes2009 yesterday and notice some nice features missing in FIFA09.
--Waving Flags
--3D Crowd
-- waving/moving kits
-- every team has his own name (curved ect.)
-- Afew Stadiums
-- Specific Captain Armbands
-- Many many cinematics (about 40-50) like frontflip, backflip ect.

now the question, is it possible to convert some of these features for FIFA09??
I'm not an expert, but it would be great if some of the geniouses out there could help, would be very very nice
P.S. if anyone helps me and needs files to convert/research from PES2009 i could upload it.

But would it be possible? I very much doubt it...

Edit: Waving crowd, moving kits, 3D Crowd: No way. Cinematics....doubtful.

150 stadiums, all assigned to their correct team. The link keeps going down, but it comes back.
