Well..this is a neck for FIFA 16 conversion and Lagwagon uses faces converted from younger FIFA games that have different neck.
You need to go to Models > Move/Scale
In this version it's there where you convert necks. Basically convert to FIFA 22 (Switch) and then to FIFA 14.
in this version, you have to convert neck format
