ok, i will explain some simple step how to convert face from fifa 14 :
1. you need to import a fifa 14 head model to a player you want to convert using Cm 15
2. Then open FM 15, on the right side, you look for the player you just imported the fifa 14 head model, on the left side you just look for a player exist in fifa 15 with specific head ( remember it will replace the fifa 15 head model, so you should back it up). Then in the Morphing area you choose "all" and "100" --> click confirm Morphing. then you click on "coppy head". Then you click on save to file. At this point your convert head model should be done. Open CM 15 look for the player you use to convert. If you see the head model wont change, then you need to regenerate with CM 15, then it will be changed.
3. Resize the fifa 14 512x512 to 1024x1024 using paint or photoshop.
4. you cant use fifa 14 hair, so you need to look for the specific or generic hair model exist in fifa 15.
