Convert FIFA 16 stadiums to FIFA 14

Hello guys!

Does anyone know a tutorial or can make one for converting stadiums from fifa 16 to fifa 14? I've tried a lot and my game still crashing :(
I've rescaled the stadium around the fifa 14 pitch,i've exported the model and textures but still crashing :(
Please help me
