I found a better solution without using any aditional software, you have to go to your documents folder, then go to your FIFA 14 folder and copy buttondatasetup.ini to your FIFA 15 folder in Documents, right click it and in properties, check 'read only'.
Now enter FIFA, go to the menu, select kick-off, in the controls menu, press D(I think), choose keyboard only, go to the next tab, choose alternate controls and change any key, it doesn't matter, press Escape and select 'discard changes'. Now you have your fifa 14 configuration ready to play.

I made step by step, but changes don't save. I don't know the reasons.

I tried your method and faced crashes like everyone else. Realised it was something to do with the file not being accessed properly. 'read only' has to be checked, if not the game will change the controls to the original version. I know it crashes when you want to change from keyboard+mouse to keyboard only. The only way to avoid this is in the menu after you select kick-off.
