Yes, that's clear. He will be missed. But what I was saying about 10 years is a joke. I don't know how long it will take to release this mod, but soon for sure not. Since it is a very big mod.

idiot, after how many years are you going to release the 2024 patch, what's the point of playing the 2024 patch after a few years?

A season-based patch loses global interest at the end of the season, exaggerating the following year. From personal experience, the huge amount of player teams to be created (not counting the kits), is equivalent to years of work. Without considering the January market. You should be able to add new leagues, new teams and players and at the same time update existing teams daily for the January transfer window. Follow the various youth teams to understand who makes it to the first team. Update contract reversals that often happen in the minor leagues. In order to have a minimum of appeal and continuous releases and finish the patch in the next summer, at least 7-8 people should work assiduously for about 5 hours a day, every day. You have to create and at the same time update the work already done previously. An enormous work of data synchronization and research between the various guys who would work there. I think the Cheops Pyramid was less tiring to build.

When on FIFAmania.it we worked on the superpatch only for the Italian championship to make a Christmas release, we started in October and there were a lot of us working on it. 3-4 people made the kits. 4-5 people on the database (series A and series B revised, series C added) 1-2 people for faces, 1-2 people for fonts. Usually those who did one thing managed to do something else. On average, 8-10 people worked there for 3 levels and 60 teams in three months. All coordinated and assembled by a single person. I remember doing a whole Serie C group for the 2008 patch I think. It took me 15 days to make 18 teams. Being many and with precise tasks, it was possible to work 2-3 hours every evening.
