And even earlier than Australia :D

Massive effort to qualify for the second time from all the lads; well deserved, it certainly has been a while. Congratulations to the All Whites!

Ka ora, ka ora, Aotearoa!

Apparently FIFA will want to make OFC qualifying for further WCs more longer/difficult. New Zealand only played NTs with populations of less than 1 million and 8 matches in total (including the two leg playoff) to qualify.

Why the heck the OFC isn't going to get an automatic place finally is beyond me. Either that or it gets absorbed into the AFC :S

was at the game. massive atmosphere and NZ dominated Bahrain.

Parra you failed to mention that NZ saved a penalty in early second half that if scored would have sent Bahrin through on away goals!

Yeap, i saw the missed penalty and i want to say that this was the second worst penalty shot, after that Beckam penalty!(Y)

Senior Squad
Right now New Zealanders are taking out their maps to find out where South Africa is.

It's pretty cool that an A-league club is going to be represented in the world cup, since more than half their squad is from the wellington Phoenix.

Congrats to all the Kiwis out there, choice game eh bros?
