Concacaf Forum - Fifa 08

Well, another fifa year is here.

This year I will continue to focus on the Concacaf Region for Fifa 08. Mainly I will work on the Concacaf Club Patch, but I still possibly will do some of the National teams also.

I still would like to see a complete Costa Rican league in the patch. As well as any new teams in the Concacaf Champions Cup.

Hopefully I can resolve more bugs with the tournaments, and the new format of the U.S. Open cup will be included. As well as the new teams. (Although MLS qualifying may be hard to do) Superliga can happen also.

Kits will have to be redone, no converting possible, but i think that the patch can be done in steps, so that it won't take so long for the first release.

If you are from the Concacaf region, join our team to create the greatest patch from our region.

I still don't have the game yet, but I'm going to start on some things right away to get going on the patch.

I made the Costa Rican 1st div patch for 07 so I made kits for all 12 teams in the league (you can check them out here if you haven't seen them yet ). I can make them for 08, although it may take a while with that awful template. I also made kits for some Honduras teams and I'm planning on making kits for all the teams in the concacaf champions cup.
I can definitely help to make this great patch.

Wow, those kits look great. I sure would like kits made for the Costa Rican league for 08. Please don't get discouraged about the kit template. I don't think its actually that bad, the collar is actually better and more detailed. The slanted sleeve may take a little getting use to.

Please do the Costa Rican league if you can. Let me know, and please post them here if you can, or leave a link.

First team players with formation and subs, and some good links to photos of the most recent kits would help a great bit.

Those look pretty good in my book. I think you said earlier that you made a patch with the costa rican league for fifa 07. Where can I download that? I can covert the data to 08, so then just adding the kits is what all would have to be done.

Is a roster update needed for that patch?

you can download the patch here, but I had some problems with making the tournaments, so those are missing. There's some minor roster updates, but for the most part rosters are completely up to date.

Awesome, I'm excited to see the patch. I will import it into the other patch and then convert over the data.
