I got an idea, you can make transfers before the start of the career, but before that try to:
Delete your FIFA 12 folder from My Docs [ you'll lose any profile or career ].
Make a new profile on same career.

I don't understand why it doesn't work at all for you.
If you want to add players in your team before starting the career, you can transfer them in game, but remember, the changes will be added to other modes as Exhibition also.
You can try this too:
"2. Transferuri: Dezinstalati tot. (fifa, liga1 , salvari tot, in afara de controale care le salvati in alta parte)
Instalati fifa12 iar (doar fifa , fara liga 1) intrati in fifasetup puneti “Rendering Quality” pe Low, “MSAAOptions” pe OFF, iar mai jos bifati doar Wait For Vsync, daca aveti placa video ATI bifati si ultima optiune, daca nu, nu.
Va puneti controlele in salvari, intrati in fifa, va faceti un profil, dupa care salvati si un fisier SQUADS dupa care jucati un meci.
Iesiti, instalati LIGA 1 in folderul FIFA 12, (NU stergeti Shifty*ic din salvari) intrati in joc, intrati pe profilul creat inainte de a avea LIGA 1 si o sa va spuna ceva de squads ca o sa fie sters si ii dati accept, dupa care dati un reset squads si salvati iar un fisier squads.
Iesiti si ii dati un regenerate dupa accea cu Fifa12 i68Regenerator. (cum ati facut si la sigla tv)"

Am incercat toate variantele si am gasit. Vorbesc de problema TRANSFERURILOR. E foarte simplu. Din My Documents/FIFA 12 mutati fisierele fifasetup si butondatasetup pe desktop. intrati in fifa si transferurile vor merge perfect. DUPA ce se termina perioada de transferari, salvati cariera, iesiti din fifa, mutati inapoi cele 2 fisiere in direcorul fifa12 din My Documents si totul va merge perfect cu tot cu transferuri. Sper sa va mearga!!!!"

If that is the problem of transfers, it is clear that it is not CRLP related.

Tested on different PCs with Transfer problem as my PC didn't have one.
EVEN SEARCH BY NAME, the function disabled from CRLP 11, WORKS if you move fifasetup.ini from My Docs/FIFA 12 while you are performing transfer moves!
After you complete transfers you can put the file back on its place.
It is probably some kind of no-compatibility between patch files and that file.
I was right, it was not a CRLP 12 DB problem, at least not one you can blame us!
I'll make a video tutorial soon.

this is the table playernames in this romanian patch if you order the table according to names. This thing is not normal and is making the search mode be crazy and crash.
1) the values from 22747 to 22805 must be deleted, not the value 0
2) the names from Andronic to Zislis have a blanc gap space before the first letter and also this space has to be deleted also.
then the search function will work fine.

Thanks! Might be the source of the fifasetup.ini conflict.
2 curious things:
Same table was used in CRLP 11.
DBM does not save the db if vital cells are left blank, showing DB Null error. Why it saves in this situation is a mistery.

CRLP - A new era
Yesterday FIFA Infinity launched an all-CRLP message board in romanian language. So the users of CRLP can now talk about their careers, about their achievements, goals in their native language. In this forum we will publish exclusive content and news about our patch development, and we will try to support and fix any local problem you encounter with the patch.
Also, we launched a Youtube channel for CRLP also, where we will put all our CRLP related videos. We will publish new videos every week from now on, and we will going to revamp the Match of the Week series when the season finishes to feed your football hunger in the winter when no matches are played in Liga 1.
If you have any questions or problems with CRLP, please report them there if you are Romanian, so we will avoid language problems on SoccerGaming or on FIFA Infinity official page.

i have a problem with transfers
i`m with steaua bucuresti in 3rd season. it`s summer and i want to improve my squad for champions league. i tried to put the fifasetup.ini from my documents to my desktop and then run fifa.exe. after this i go to transfers buy players and i don`t make ANY change at setups and just use the function SUBMIT SEARCH. always i`m getting crash. can you help me?

Anyway, when you installed CRLP, you deleted FIFA 12 folder from My Docs? Don't do it now because it will erase your career.

I have the original game and after i installed the mod the game does not start.That happens because of the original game with origin or because of some error that i made when i installed it?
