Yeah, Liverpool seem to want to loan Welsh. (he is also initially on a £85/week wage!)
Doubt Arteta would come on loan as Rangers wouldn't let him go, but there is a £3M release clause if you have the cash, and he'll serve for years to come. You could also sell him to a spanish club for a profit.

1. I tried to loan Welsch, another team offere him a loan contract. He accepted that one (other teams always make loan offers if I made one

Mohammed Ababio Is one of the new faces at Fiorentina. Bought him for 200k in my game, he is Ghanian, plays for Asante Kotoko, Can play Right/Left Back.
I'll have £1.7m remaining to spend, and I plan on spending the majority of that on cheap talent, also loaning Inacio again for this season, he just signed a new contract with Atalanta, making his wage lower(Only £1000 this year!) than it was the previous season, so thats a big boost for me in the salary budget departmant.
Defence Is my priority right now.
Adu Is improving dramatically(Like in all of my games I've had him).
