CM13 Problem?

I have a problem with CM13 calculating the overall rating for a player I created! When I created him in CM13 his overall rating is 69, but ingame he's listed as 50 overall! Also his Att/Def Workrate was set at Med/Med but ingame he's Low/Low anyone else seen this?

i want to delete(or make it low rating) the duplicated Venezuela and Paraguay players in an existing CM file.

I believe there's a setting to edit in the CM ini that allows you to edit your team in CM. Do a search, look around the threads.

The CM ini value you want has something to do with changing one of the Manager values, that's all I know.
