I just finished my first season with Ajax, I won the treble, both the club and fans were delighted with what I was doing, and were in full support of my management, now at the start of august they are very pleased. Why the drop, I have not been in any games yet. Also, I got Xabi Alonso to take Galaseks place as DMC, Galasek is a player with a star next to his name, could it be that im sending a fan fave to the bench?

As long as they are very pleased, you shouldnt worry. That happens a couple of times in my experience. After you win some matches they get delighted again.

The euphoria never lasts long. It's a new season, and they will not be delighted until you are leading the championship again, by a margin...

depends on the club. some clubs have the patience and even if the resuts dont come they keep you longer, some other clubs fire you almost imediately..

Well, if you start to do bad with a big club then they'll become very pleased, pleased, satisfied and it starts to get critical. With a mid-table club, if you're at midtable, usually they're happy.

Yep that's why I'm offently playing a mid-table club. I don't like high expectations from the beginning

A related question. What are the actions that changes your manager stats? I mean, in the main page of the Manager, for humans you start with all 10's in about 5 or 6 abilities (sorry, I'm not at home and that's not the thing I always look), I can Imagine reputation, cause it's obvious, but this I really don't have a clue. Professionalism is the highest atribute I have (the only I remember), but, I'm hardly near of that :crazyboy:

If you praise, critisise, fine or warn players people will react on that. If that reaction is positive your stats improve if that reaction is negative your stats will drop.

Also, offering your players to other clubs usually screws up your professionalism (only when the player gets unhappy after being offered though).
