CM 12 created team crashes at start of match

Hello everyone I'm trying to create new international teams on Cm12 and every time I try to play as one it just closes. What do I need to do to fix it? :\ I'm pretty new to editing so yah all i kinda know about is CM12.

I'm trying to add:
Ghana
Guatemala
Honduras
Jamaica
Japan
Nigeria
Maybe Paraguay
