Yeah hes random and starts out at the age of 13. I think its a -2 poetntial

I had Zwikker on my old game, started out as 23 ability and when he reached 18 he had about 150. Physical stats hardly improve at all and are random - on mine he had 4/9 for accel/pace but had 15 for jumping and strength.
