Classic Patch Update

Hi there,

I have been following this huge project since the beginning of June.
Finally I decided to register in order to explain my personal thoughts.

First of all,
I respect what you are trying to do here and really appreciate it, personally I do not like to play with the footballers of today and missing the 2000-2007 generation. Therefore, for me, both the Classic Patch and Classic Patch Update are really important and respectable workings.

However,
Even if I understand your wish to release the patch when you fully completed it, there are also some realities. I mean, FIFA 15 will be released 2 months later. Therefore, if this patch delays another two or three weeks, people will have no motive to download and play it. I mean, the kits are not that important for me. You can do basic kits with logos and suitable colors. The user of this patch will search the joy from the players of his generation, not the kits. Surely kits are important, but come on guys. There are only tho months before FIFA 15. Nobody will play this when FIFA 15 is released and all of your hard work will be for nothing.

To conclude, I suggest you to release the patch with your current database and the kits that you have, and update the missing ones if you can in a few weeks. I am opening this page every day for almost one month, and every time I open it I am being more and more disappointed.

hi, i think like Reloadedlegend, you have donde much, and the patch is the best idea, thanks gigi for all that work, yo can put the world cup 2002 al least, you have donde that, and those team, are very good teams, francia argentina, portugal, etc.

it's almost complete except for few details, at least the last update he send me

as for the they are too much and we are very little people working on it
i've made an entire world cup by myself and a few of the other but right now i don't have enough time to finish it

a solution i can come with is to release the patch without correct kits (for example use the 2002 or other ones to complete the 2006 and 2010 teams)

but is not my call, raul should decide that

i know you are getting impacient, but we're only 3 people working on this, and everyone enters here to complain and no one comes with solution

we will apreciate very much if you can get any kits, at least from older fifa versions
and help us to complete the patch

Are 14 kit textures same with 13?

11 and 12 are similar, but needs a change on the short sleeves cause they don't fit the 3d model

Mate can the WC 2002 and 2006 be added to the Classic patch as CM14 patch format?

I found some old kits but they were the ones you already have.
Anyway man I don't think kits matter that much though, you can make some custom ones only with a logo.
