After research again and again, I tell you the amazing solution.

just open the commentarynames table in DB
add 2 record like this
1397/Zidane/1/26
37576/Ronaldo/1/18

rule：
1397 is origin playerid
zidane is playername
1 is default value
26 is the 26nd english letter "z"

save db and play the game!

there are 2 kind of commentary names avalible in fifa13

1.new commentaryid(id900000+)
the Game will first find the player's commentaryid in the playnames table according player's lastnameid/commonnameid

2.old commentaryid
if can't found in playnames table
the Game will find player's commentaryid in the commentarynames table according player's id

you better choose the default commenrary team---martin.tyler and alan.smith .they can speak more commentary names.

If I understand fakefisher correctly, you have to change Zidane's player ID# to 1397, in order for the commentary to kick in. You can change a player's ID# using CM 13; an error message will come up if that ID# is already in use, otherwise you can change it to what ever you want.

The commentary coding is very odd and I haven't figured it out completely. Examples: some players have exclusive commentary that can't be assigned to other players. Or some last names are generic and can be used by many players, while other last names don't appear to be usable except with one specific player. Which could explain why you would only hear "Zidane" when create a player with Zidane's old ID#.

YES, you must change Zidane's player ID# to 1397 ,you can craate one player in CM whatever ID and use DB master change to their Origin ID .this ID always comes with the 3d face/MINI FACE/commentary name ...etc that EA come far too late to delete yet.

I know. Zidane Commentaryname is removed, commentary for: goal, foul and pressing is good.

Hey! Even I am using the Moddingway Patch (1.8.0).. what did you do to get those commentary names? I tried changing the database (commentary names) but there seems to be no effect. (I am using the 4.0 database by Moddingway)

im using database 4.0 moddingway too,you can do what they said in last page,i do what exact they said mate

Commentary for R.Carlos, Figo, Nedved, Maldini, Vieira, Vieri, Ronaldo, Kuffour,
Hasselbaink, Kluivert, Deisler etc. is OK.
Bergkamp and Shearer and older players not have commentary

Lothar Matthaus have commentary in Polish Commentary version xd
