Come on, guys, FIFA 16 model mesh type is different from FIFA 20 and nobody can convert it from 16 to 20 because this games using different engines, modders can convert (or just copie) only FIFA 17 and FIFA 18 models to FIFA 20 because this games have same engines and model types. And i can say nothing about converting from PES, dont know nothing about PES engine and models, but we already have converted faces from PES by modders (De Jong, Arthur, Ter Stegen, Beckham etc.)

Unfortunately its not possible, i have a lot of faces to convert from fifa 16 also, but its not possible to convert the model.
