CSKA are sh*t in the UEFA Cup right now, maybe he can get loaned out 'till his contrat runs out. Won't be happening though 'cause Drogba will be leaving for the African Nations' Cup, the most useless cup ever. We have 2 other in-form strikers, Guddie, and Cole but he's unexpierenced, and he gets hurt very easily, watch DC United-Chelsea, and watch Cole, the medic came like 10 times during the game. Guddie on the other hand, legend, I wan't him to play as lone striker, although he has prefered to play with a striker partner.

I could care less if he was sold to f*cking St. Etienne or some other crap team., I'd rather have Pidgeley upfront them him */sarcasm.

In other news today, Gago, who was linked with us, prefers a move to Spain to kick-start his career in Europe. He's 19 and looks like he'll become better. I'd say let him go to Spain to get some more experience.

Jose has told him to shut up moaning or he will spend the rest of the season on the bench. Jose says he will sell him in the winter transfer window,to a team of Jose's choice and it will nor be certain that it will be an Italian club.By refusing to travel to Betis,Crespo is finished at Chelsea.Jose told Crespo that he WILL travel but Crespo refused. The players also think Crespo shoulders some of the blame for the Betis defeat, because of his attitude and refusal to travel. That was the night Jose told him he was finished at Chelsea, and nothing has changed Jose's mind since. The relationship between the rest of the players and Crespo is very strained.Crespo is just time wasting anyway until he goes somewhere else.Spartak Moscow are interested in him, maybe Jose will send him there on loan until his time is up.He let the players down,he let Chelsea down and he let the fans down.So he can go to hell as far as i am concerned.

I dont think this is true...Crespo never was and isnt a conflictive player...

He is a hard working player...and never talks bullsh*t that could harm the peace of the group...

I dont believe any of this...

Chelsea lost 2 games in a row, and i think Mourinho is smart, and he will put Crespo in the starting line up for the next matches...

BTW, a month ago Crespo did an interview here in Argentina, and he said that Mourinho is the best coach of the world...among other positive things about Mourinho...and i saw him say these things...i didnt read them in a magazine or a website...i think theres a big difference in the source of the information...

And Crespo will be the starting striker in Chelsea in no-time...he always ends up being a starting player in his teams...

Why is that? Africa isn't allowed to have a tournament?

Axolote......this is true mate.He has upset the club from the top to the bottom. This guy thinks he is a big important man.In reality he is just one of many players at Chelsea. He DID refuse to travel to Betis.....he sulks like a girl.
The things he has said to the media is just his way of deflecting any difficult questions that might be asked. If he believes that Jose is so great, why doen't Crespo just do as he is told and keep his mouth shut.He has fu.c.ked himself at Chelsea now mate, and no matter how much he might grovel to Jose in the media,it is too late for his sorry ass.Everone has been patient with this tosser for too long.He is like a spoilt kid who wants everything his own way.
The players at Chelsea will always hate his attitude before the Betis game.He is not a popular person there any more.
If ,as you say,he is the sort of person who would not cause any disharmony at his club. Then why did he refuse Jose's order to return to Chelsea after Argentina's defeat by England. He refused to come back and although reportedly injured,he still remained with the Argentinian squad. He is a slime mate.He does not give a sh.i.t about anything other than Hernan Crespo. He do'nt care about Chelsea so why should we care about him?He will never be our number 1 striker unless Jose can persuade the other players to be on the same pitch as him. They do not want to play with him.He has crapped on all of them and i dont blame them for the way they feel.
OH and we will be buying an established striker in the winter transfer window,so that leaves dear old Hernan right out of Chelseas plans............

Pete, If you had a link for all the things youre purporting in your posts, namely the confirmation that Crespo refuses to travel and that Jose has said he will be selling him, end of story, I would really appreciate seeing it

Otherwise, I feel people are falling victim to the standard press syndrome. So-and-so isnt getting a game. Ergo the press equates this with them not being team players or having attitude issues and thus they will be sold. Wasnt this Joe Cole last year? I could swear that he is still here, usually on his ass yelling at a ref ;)

The reason I am skeptical is because the Hernan Crespo I have seen is not a player who is thinking of himself above the club. He was flattered, supposedly, that Jose brought him back, he openly stated he was willing to fight for his chance, he came back to a city that had alot of bad memories for him and his family, and think to the Betis game in London: he scored from a peach of a cross and he goes straight to his teammate to embrace him and give him all the credit. He knows how to be a team guy, and his chance will be coming up. Why, in gods name, would he start all this guff after months on the bench, on the verge of being granted the first striker spot with Drogba's impending absence??? That makes no sense, and frankly, until I see something more substantive I am going to hold off judgement. Everyone knows the press loves to talk endless bollocks on Chelesa. Crespo is class (better than Reyes, I think, eh dreath?) and he will get his chance to silence the doubts. But this culture of hating our own players over what some third party says is riddiculous, and contributes to them wanting to leave. If the manager says they are being childish or irresponsible, then thats one thing. But the press are clearly trying to drive Robben and Hernan off this team for whatever reason. Lets be sensible and support our own lads while they put on the royal blue.

You reckon Mourinho will keep his word?

"If I lost three games in a row i'd resign"

Betis and Man Utd.. only Newcastle to go.

I'd be funny if he didn't resign, proof that he's really a spak.
Actually, I heard he would, but only if Wenger starts spending that 30+ million pounds he claimed would be made available. But Jose cant say that out loud, because Arsene might threaten to sue him

Balla .......i am the first one to dismiss media crap for what it is.I will never and have never jumped on the media's hysterical bandwagon. These comments are the end result of what i have been told, by someone who would know, at Stamford Bridge.I show loyalty to a player when the player shows loyalty to my club.I do not support a player simply because he is employed by Chelsea. It takes a lot more than that mate.
Why do you think Crespo never travelled to Betis? He was not injured .So why did he stay behind? He stayed behind because he refused to travel with the squad, because Jose would not give him assurances that he would be starting the game. That threw all Jose's plans for the game into disarray. But Crespo was adamant. Why didn't he then travel to Manchester? There has been no press speculation over these matters at all.So there is no bandwagon to jump on anyway.
Jose has told Crespo that his days are numbered. Now Crespo is so worried about what that might mean that he is trying hard to ingratiate himself back into the fold.He has also been told NOT to mention anything about it to the media.
He was told by Jose to return to England after the Friendly with England. He refused and travelled with the Argentinian squad instead, even though he was supposed to be injured. We will be buying a replacement for him in the winter window and thats that mate.Believe me man,my source is much more reliable than any scrappy newspaper.Well if you want something more substantive,i'm afraid i can't help you there mate, except to say....watch this space.

3-0 over Newcastle. Good stuff and Crespo started too as well as Gudjonsson. Duff had a pretty good game and he needed one so there it was. Makelele got injured in the beginning though so I don't know how serious it is but Essien did a good job replacing him. Gallas was put on for G Johnson who isn't having any luck.

A good way to get back to winning ways, and nice sig Rob.

Yup that was good win for us,after an average first half.Jose started Crespo..... :O ....that was a shocker.Looks like Jose,Roman, the squad and Hernan had a pow wow yesterday and decided to draw a line under the crap that has been going on.If its good for the club, and i think it has to be,then i'm up for that.Maybe its Jose's way of getting Hernan to perform to his best, because he looked hungry today and scored a peach.Joe Cole = man of the match and deserved it too.The second half saw lots of great Chelsea masterclass moves. They came out for the second half and performed like they should.Confident and devastating.Newcastle were pretty exceptional too so it means more to win like this because of that fact.Yup a great way to end the afternoon....... :ewan:

I told you that there was everything OK between Hernan and the rest of the team...

And im 200000 km from London...

Dont believe the truth... ;)

And when Hernan is in form, he is one of the best...

The first half was very hard...and little football, but when Joe Cole socred, it was a great match...

Lampard is the top scorer of the Premier with 10 goals?
