Chelsea #1 club bby 2014- Kenyon ?

LONDON, Nov 24 (Reuters) - English champions Chelsea are drawing up plans to leave Stamford Bridge in a bid to rival Manchester United and become the biggest club in the world, chief executive Peter Kenyon said.

'By 2014 we want to be internationally recognised as the No.1 club,' Kenyon was quoted as saying by British newspapers on Friday.

'I think it's pretty clear we can't get to where we want to here. We have said we would like the stadium to be bigger, but that's not going to be at the expense of moving to Brussels or Milton Keynes.'

Before Sunday's clash at Premier League leaders United, Kenyon also said manager Jose Mourinho was a key part of the club's long-term plans and quashed any talk of him leaving.




personally mmm i dunno, Chelsea is definitley getting up there, I think they they have the potential to do it, they already expanded their brand name in Africa i know a freind from Gambia and he says lots of Chelsea supporters , WHAT do u guys think?

I love how these guys come to pretend to laugh at stuff like this and then defend their club whether it be Manchester United or Juventus because they feel threatened by Chelsea or whatever and try to come up with the excuse that Chelsea's just in a stage.
