Oh, and I beat fellow EPL side Edinburgh Knights 1-0 with 10-0 SC and 67% - 33% possession. They had a pushed up defence and I didn't. So it seems like the advantage of it has gone unless you have world class defenders.

i found a new tactic. 4-4-2 but put the defence and midfield in a diamond shape it worked for me. i drew with a team with world ranking (65) and my ranking is (35836)

I'd say the new sim is doing great... check this match, polska's ranked in the top 1000 and I'm hovering around 6500, and his players are wayyyyyy better than mine

BTW, minime, I just checked that match and you got absolutely slaughtered in it... your goalie pretty much saved your ass, because total shots were 30-5 for him

Nah, I beat most of the teams using it easily now.

I got hammered 6-0 against Middlesbrough Utd last night when not using it, but beat him on the morning 2-1 when using it. He used it both times.

I think Crew's plan all along was to leave it alone.

"Just tell them we fixed it, they'll all change their tactic and problem solved!"

Did a similar thing not happen with the whole "4 to a training station" - how long did it take them to fix that

the pushed up def. 4-3-3 may still be effective but its easier to get a tactic that works against it, definately.
