Chant raptor and other programs.

Hi, i have downloaded various programs such as chant raptor and kit raptor, but when i use them they dont work, why is this? I tried using chant raptor, and it just doesnt work, i put in a few chants but they dont come up whilst im playing, can i have help with this please, thanks!
