Changing the start of the season to european months - League Creating

I am creating a league by replacing the Ireland Premier Division League. Does someone know how to change the start of the season to the european months, not like starting the season in february, and does someone know how to change the country of the league that I am creating?

hello, 1 change this from February to the schedule, take the schedule from a similar league with yours, this is done in the command in the weather item 2 replace the country that you took it is done in the file via fifa editor tools -legacy explorer-db-fifa_ng_db find the item nations in this item find your country view nationid then find the country that do you want to replace and change their nationid
