first of all, i dont really know. but the big question is how to change so they have - points when they start the league...that's impossible, wonder how they will do in the next fifa..

Use tournament master to do that, changing them from league I mean, but wait they have still 3 appeals to go, so they could wind up in A again, wouldn't surprise me. Or they could end up in Serie C1 if the new tribunal gives them more punishement, now that would be a screamer! :rockman:

For the negative points, it's impossible to do in the current Fifa, and I'm sure in Fifa07 also since it's nearing production and nothing in the database changed.
