is there any way to change the euro 2004 italian edition to an english language menu game

there is only Spanish and English
It's very simple! You just have to change your database language file. Your actual one is ITA.db in data/cmn/fe directory. You should try to ask someone for the english file, which is called ENG.db (I haven't got it) and then substitute the old one. Be careful to rename at end the ENG.db file into ITA.db.
