Changing Freekick Animation

Hi,

does anyone know which player database entry to modify in order to change the freekick animation? I already tried animfreekickstartpos but it didnt work and players like messi or bale with specific freekick animations have value 0 in this column so there has to be another entry?

There are 4 kick animation values, highlight the first value in each column, the usable min/max value range will appear above. Example, animfreekickstart has a min/max value range of 0-9.

What are the 4 columns called that you referred to? Aren't animpenaltieskickstylecode, animpenaltiesmotionstyle and penaltiesstartposcode only for penalties? I mean for example bale has 0 in each of these 4 columns like many other players aswell so i dont think his freekickanimation is stored there.

There are 4 animation codes plus 2 finishing codes. You'll have to test them. Again, animfreekickstart has a min/max value range of 0-9. If Messi and other players are all 0, that doesn't mean 1-9 values won't work.

yeah, i understand that the range goes till 9, for example ronaldos stance is 7. but i want to assign the freekick animation of messi to another player who has the generic freekick animation by default. but even if i copy all these six values from the line with messis player id to another player it doesnt work. so i think the information has to be elsewhere which is why i asked this question.

If that's the case, then it sounds like Messi's freekick animation is a special animation and is coded to his player ID. That is how many of the special player-specific commentary files are coded, and so like the special commentary files, that wouldn't be something you could assign to other players.
