Change Manager Names

I'm changing all faces of managers, but when i want to change the name of the manager, in some teams ( all teams that had name before ) works but any team that not have name not works. Anyone know how i can change it? I attach some example pictures.

I have it if i update the row directly in RDBM20 and save the squad. Not work in Live Editor ( probably issue )
