Change A Player Created In Game With Creation Or DB Master

Hello,
i created a player ingame in FIFA 16 (customize --> create player).
Now i would like to change his potential and some other stuff, preferably in Creation Master but basically wherever it is possible, but the player neither shows up in Creation Master nor in DB Master.

It is important that i can first create the player ingame and then change some stats in the tools because i find it easier to adjust the 3D-face ingame. If it was possible to import a player from the Creation Center that would also be an alternative, but the Creation Center doesn't work in the newer FIFAs as far as i know.

I should probably mention that i'm using moddingways mod and there is always an notification reading something like "squads 1 appears to be damaged and can't be used" and then i just press cancel and the game continues just fine, but the problem that players created ingame don't show up in tools outside the game still happens on a clean, vanilla FIFA without any mods.

Regards and thanks in advance for any help

For the last 8 years it has been the same, you cannot mix internal and external editing.
Ok thank you very much.

Is it anyhow possible to mix them somewhat, e.g. make an player created in Creation Master editable ingame in FIFA, so that i can change the players face or to export the face or something similar into Creation Master?

Or is it maybe possible to first start a career and then change the database of this career by loading it into the editor?

Regards

Not possible. Question: You can edit the player's face any way you want in CM while creating him, why do you also need to further edit him in-game?
