Lukaku's agent has confirmed that he'll go out on loan to a Premiership club which isn't Fulham before the window closes. That's good, but we need a good fit for him. We can discard ManU, City, Pool, Arsenal, Newcastle and Spurs on account of them all being too good and having good strikers already.
That leaves of with Villa, Everton, Norwich, QPR, Reading, Soton, Stoke, Sunderland, Swansea, West Brom, West Ham and Wigan.
Villa have Bent, Gabby and Heskey able to play CF, and I think that's just a bit too much competition for him, Bent is better than Lukaku currently. Everton also have enough capable forwards. Norwich have Holt, and unless he leaves I don't think they'd bring in Lukaku to deputise for him. QPR are set, too. He'd definitely start for Reading, but I think we can get him playing time ar a better club. Same goes for Soton. Stoke sound like a good fit, but all of their strikers are big men, seems redundant. I'm unsure what Sunderland's posuition with Bendtner is right now, but Lukaku is better than Wickham definitely, so whether Nicklas returns or not, I feel Lukaku would get plenty of playing time. He'd start for West Brom too, and they don't have a big striker on their books, I suppose he'd fit there. He doesn't fit at Swansea. He would get plenty of action at Wigan, although they have big strikers already. And he'd start for West Ham, too.
All in all, my favorite destinations would be Sunderland, West Brom, Wigan or West Ham. He'd see the most playing time at West Ham, and that's the most likely deal, especially since Wolves are playing hardball with Sudnerland over Fletcher but they still haven't sniffed for Lukaku. That said, I think he should go somewhere where he'd have some better competition for places. I mean, if he can't hold down a starting berth at pretty much any of the clubs at the bottom 10 of the Prem, we should be worried.
All this probably means we're getting a striker, although it's possible Moses is earmarked for the role.
Azpilicueta, Moses and some back-up ST would be neat. We're also interested in Wallace, an 18-year old RB, which I'd mark for. We need more prospects at RB, IMO.
