Champions League Fonts and Defaulf Boots Assignments

All past FIFA titles have had certain aspects of kits directly linked to the games database. I.e the fonts of player names at the back of the shirt and the fonts of the numbers. This was frustrating for kit makers like myself to create completely realistic European kits.

All Premiership teams that play in europe have different fonts of names and numbers for european games. Ordinary kits go by (x_0_0.rx3) and eurpean kits go by (x_0_223.rx3). But it means that if I were to change the fonts of kits names and numbers of particularly the Premiership teams, using CM 13 and 14, it will remain the same for both league games and European games. All the editors could do in the past to integrate Champions League like kits with 3d-files were just to add the Champions League shoulder emblems and captain arm bands with the same Premiership font kit names and numbers in the european games. Does anyone know if kit name fonts and number fonts will be directly linked to the database this year or will it be seperate like the rx3. files?

Also, I understand that the original boot assignments are not necessarilly linked to the database. By this I mean that there can still be limitations after begining in career mode. I am desperately wondering if there is a way to assign boots directly to multiple players at the same time, off-game without using Ariels' Moddingway's boots assignments tool. Is it possible to change the original boots assignments? As that is easier than 1; editing indivdual players boots in-game and 2, creating hundreds and hundreds of new shoe_textures files in the sceneassets files accumulating hardrive space (Moddingway boot assignments).

What I'm trying to achieve here is when boots are released in real life, multiple players who wear a particular version of that boot get to showcase them, not just one. In order for all players to have the required boot, it would take a heafty amount of time in-game, editing the boots of each individual player. In Pes, all default assignments are set and cronalogically listed which cannot be changed. But all I'd have to do is switch ONE boot 3d-file with another and ALL players assigned to that number by default would have that boot. It also transfered onto the Master League save. However when I tried that on FIFA it would work for ordinary gaming like kick off exhibitions but not in my career mode.

Forgive my long post, It's my very first but any help would be very very appriciated. Thanks guys

shoecolorcode, shoedesigncode in the players table perhaps, IDK because I've never edited shoes. You can globally edit those values with one mouse click if you use Excel.

ummm, have you ever used Revolution Mod? :|
No, please if it is possible to address the two issues I presented above with Revolution Mod describe it to me or guide me to a thread on how to address them.

I apologize, twas a genuine mistake of not knowing the correct area to post it. I was unsure of how to delete the first post as I thought it was better placed in the help and support area. thanks for moving it.

Would you be able to have any ideas on the issues I stated my friend?

I asked a very specific question to current modders out there. It seems you believe my queries could be answered by looking at FIFA 14 pages. However I made a very precise reference to FIFA 15. I've read quite alot now about Revolution MOD and it confirmed to me what I already showed to be my query. I'm not DEMANDING an imediate solution to these queries because modders are still working. I acknowledge that it's just been released. But my question on how the files are distributed THIS year still remains. For anyone who might have seen so; will the kit name fonts, number fonts and the default boot assignments be directly linked to the database THIS year in FIFA 15? The real repurcusions of this is having to re-start a career mode after a change to the database. This is why I ask if there are any changes in FIFA 15. I expect that things will not be the same this year due to the new engine Ignite coming to PC and I only ask if these particular things are different from before?

FIFA 14? I don't know what you mean, there is a FIFA 15 Rev Mod thread you could be asking this on. Anyway, you are now aware of Revolution Mod and how it works. How much more info do you need at this point? Instead of waiting days or weeks for someone to answer your questions, start testing things for yourself. Run some tests and find out what works and what doesn't work this year, then post your findings. You could be the one figuring all that out for everyone.

the engine has changed but the core is still the same, therefore the result should be the same.

whether or not your query pertains to 14 or 15, you should still do what bangus said to do.

basically what you are looking for is for someone else to kill their career before you decide to what you wish to do.

i suggest you backup your career related files and run the test to see if this in fact happens, nobody else is going to kill their career for you.

if you aren't willing to test this i'll have to close the thread because it will eventually fall to the back page before it is posted to again.

FYI for anyone: Settings and squad saves are located in docs / FIFA 15 / 0 folder. But the career saves are in a different location this year. Not sure, but it looks like they are saved inside the db folder. Extra files appeared in that folder when I created a tourney save file. At any rate, save the docs folder and the db if you plan on testing.
