Champions Cup Crashing On Player Career Mode ?

Hello, I am having an issue playing my semi-final on player career mode for champions cup. I skipped the match to see if the regular league game would crash but it does not. When I press play on champions cup match screen goes black and then crashes but not on regular league games. So I went on to CM16 check if there was anything wrong with it and I noticed that on the tournaments tab under UEFA the Champions cup tournament and Copa Europe are missing. I dont remember making any changes to the Europe league tournament but I did actually made changes to the Champions Cup tournament. The only change that I made is The name of the Champions Cup to UEFA Champions League and also the adboards. The changes were made 2 months ago though and I did not run into any issues. This problem just started today. I have tried regenerating bh files and also repairing fifa files via Origins but the problem continues. Any ideas?

When you repair the game, every file added or changed is removed by origin, making your game as if it were a fresh install, so every reference, every file that would be loaded from it's respective folder reverts back to being loaded from within the game's BIG archives.

Most likely the issue you had was initially caused by the latest update, but when you repaired the game you probably added more issues to the mix.

The update must have reverted to looking for the contents of the competitions inside the BIG files and that was probably what made the tournaments "malfunction", then when you repaired the game it turned your install into a default fresh Fifa install without mods

Also, the screenshot you've posted refers to what is actually the UEFA EURO Qualifiers and has nothing to do with the Champions League and if you look on the top of the List you have competitions out of place like the Saudi competitions showing up outside of their Confederation and Country... They're appearing immediately below FIFA. and the FIFA WC Qualifier is appearing under the UEFA section... That whole DLC folder is a major mess, judging by your screenshot.
