Hello everyone,

I know many soccergaming members no longer visit the FIFA 08 editing thread because they have made the upgrade to FIFA 09. However, I have decided to open my own editing thread for those members who are still playing FIFA 08. I am in the process of updating the Barclays Premier League for the 08/09 season (i.e transfers, correct kits etc) and I will be posting new textures such as adboards in this thread.

to kick things off, I have made Umbro.com electronic adboards which have been used by West Ham at Upton Park this season

Hello Keegan mate! Unfortunately I never did get the version of Upton Park that Svence was making but i have gotten over it now. Besides, I think that the version of Upton Park that can be seen in the screenshots above is a very good effort and I'm more than happy to stick with it

Carrick great to see you playing FIFA 08 like i do, great adboards mate! and a question... is there any chance that you could upload that Upton Park version of yours... looks even more realistic that the one i have.

This season, West Ham United have been celebrating the career of Hammers and England legend Sir Bobby Moore (as it is 50 years since he made his debut for the club). As such, I am currently making the Bobby Moore commemorative adboards that have been used at Upton Park this year

Sure thing mate! Seeing as quite a few people want this stadium I have uploaded it - here is the download link:

The stadium supports 2gk kits and adboards.
I have also provided correct stadium lights (for night matches) and Preview Images (made by myself) that can be added in Creation Master.
Also, I have included a decent pack of West Ham adboards that make the stadium look much more realistic.

NOTE: The stadium is also known as The Boleyn Ground and this is the name it will first appear under in Creation Master

Hi. Thx for stadio and adboards, nice stuff for my career. (: But still can't understand, what to do with lighting, where to put this .loc file?

open creation master and go to the new stadium via the stadiums tab... look on the middle left.. it says "stadium id" and has a number. Rename the the file to the corresponding number... it comes as tag-7-3.loc if your new stadium is number 86, name it to tag-86-3.loc. then drop it in your fifa08>data folder. The only way I know to test if its working is to start a new career and select W Ham as a pre season game... they are all at night it seems. Good luck.

Thx, philpat76! It works. I know an easier way to check it - start friendly match, choose West Ham as a home team, once or twice press key "E" and then choose any stadium and weather.
