I don't know yet what to expect to be honest. Hope it will not boost (young) players (way) too much. The longer loans and transfer-improvements EA did are really good improvements.

If you could figure out a new way to get many more opportunities to change jobs. I played with values in the ini in your FIFA 15 mod and still got stuck in a job for a long time despite success.

Youth players (or players generally) can be loanned immediately in the first year in which they're bought (or promoted from youth academy) by their owning club. Hope you can do this, thank you

The physical stats get's generated pretty low and the CPU always use their reserve goalkeeper as their main keeper. I would appreciate if that can be fixed.

That was 15 bug, have you played 16's CM and noticed it still happens? If not you shouldn't report it.

Hey Beta! Thanks for your work; I'm looking forward to this. Just as an FYI: in my player career, the manager consistently starts 2nd-tier players (I'm playing on Man City). I think this is due to the fact that if a bench player gets one start for whatever reason (injury, fatigue, etc.) and the bench player performs well enough, the manager will for some reason continue to start that player until he's perceived to play poorly (by I believe the standard of the match rating), which rarely happens because it's not difficult to reach a decent level of match rating.

In other words, many of the best players and starters on my team are sitting on the bench every week for no reason. Anything you can do or that you know of that would solve this issue? Thanks!

This is a patch, not a mod. :P
So I'm not adding teams, faces, kits, etc.
The patch will compatible with the full game only, since most things need to be changed for mods.

At the moment I have tweaked managerai.ini and so far it seems to be working fine again. Teams play with their best players (including the goalkeeper).

Thanks to malloc84, shawminator and iard68, I could export the game files and test changes before today's release.
This means I'm very close of releasing a first beta version, but don't know if it will happen today.
I've learned from last years mistakes, and don't want to release a buggy (e.g. crashing) patch and just do a bit more testing.

Will keep you guys up-to-date and please let me know your feedback of the vanilla game.

Yeah I get this. I just hate it when you take a lower league team and want to do a major rebuild and the board fires you in January because of stupid shit. Would like to see 2-3 seasons given you know or just more time. Yeah if you continue to fail then sack me. I dunno maybe more leniency at least. Rebuilds don't happen in half a season and it would be nice to be able to choose this as an option.

On another note. Thanks for all you do beta. I used your mod all year long in 15.
