I just started practicing about it and I need some piece of advice: I'm trying to fix the issue about "recently moved to this team" players non signing for a new contract before one/two years; I would like to make it work to give the chance to offer a contract after just one transfer window. Anyone knows what line/lines and in which file I should look up for, to do that? Any help is appreciated

similar sort of question, is there anything to edit that means you can sign them straight away? completely take out the 'player has just moved so won't move again' function?

in Fifa 09 we get a lot of offers from teams (after season)
in Fifa 12 we get only 10 offers from teams (after season)
I want go to other club, but I dont have any good offers, because we get only max 10 offers
Is any patch which fix it?

can anyone and fifa_ng_db.db and fifa_ng_db-meta.xml in www.2shared.com website because Fifa 12 texture editor by jor1980 does not working in Windows 7(x86)

Hey everybody - desperate need of help with my editing troubles.

I've edited and imported a number of files from this thread to heavily alter my career mode including cmsettings.ini, playervalues.ini, playerwaves.ini, playercontract.ini, transfer.ini, scout.ini and foreigninvestor.lau

I've also edited the product.ini to achieve a more realistic game play experience.

However in career mode when I try to play my first match, after team selection, team management, I advance to the "warm-up" screen, but after clicking next I'm stuck at that screen and the blue "player warmup" bar refuses to load. The game freezes.

I was wondering if anybody's come across this issue and if there are any solutions? Thanks.

Remember you wont be flooded with Job offers, But they will be slightly Better depending on your success, Just play around with the values, Hope this makes sense. Use Career Mode Editor to change the values, and make sure and use the regenerator to regenerate the files.

If you want more job offers from Foreign Leagues then change theses values, 3 being the highest. It depends on you success rate and what level your already managing at, I'm with Bradford League 2 champions, So got offerd better jobs from poland, Australia, MLS, League 1 & 2 France. I did get one offer from Brighton in the championship.

The most Jobs i can get it to offer so far is 15-16, Still playing around with the values.

Can someone please send me the default jobs.ini if they ain't changed there's, Just need it for backup, Would appreciate it.

Right, Have got the job offers now up to 21-29 by doing this....... Leaving the values blank ( As Shown Below), Sounds mad but it's worked for me.....29 job offers in total.

nope, i changed
MIN_PLAYER_AGE= 16 to MIN_PLAYER_AGE = 15
but i can't make them play , it says too young for first team, any other ideas?

Seen as this never got answered, its MIN_PLAYER_AGE_FOR_PROMOTION = 16 in scout.ini. I use 14 and it works fine for me.

Hi! I am italian and I am sorry for my bad english...
I have the same problems of many others users in career mode: I'd like to transfer in a better team... I have all 5 stars but the offers team are too bad. I tried your values but nothing seems to work good... I would like only to have big offers from italian or european teams like Juventus or Inter or Chelsea... How can I do? Someone solved this problem? Thank you!

Anyway, just wondering if it is possible to give different exp points for dif ages? I feel that if younger players earn more exp they would grow a bit faster, thus compensating for their very low OVR rating *im talking mostly about players that come through the youth squad

I've messed with the agepercentagesxp.txt but it seems to have no effect

anyone can help me with this?
