Captains and Squad numbers

In the game is there anyway to change who the captain of the team is....for instance Figo is not the captain of portugal in the game and Ruud V.Nistelrooy is the captain of Holland in the game.Also is there a way to change squad numbers?
Christiano Ronaldo is No.22 in game yet in reality he is No.17
