Cant start demo...help

Hi guys

Well...i finally got hold of the demo but when i start it, the screen goes blank for a sec and returns to the desktop :(

My specs r : P4 1.7 GHz, 256 MB RAM, Geforce4 MX 440 (driver ver 56.23)
I cant understand why this happens. This is the first time a fifa demo is givin me problems and i am goin nuts...pls help
