i got re-install it but nothing happen and no i am not playing with a Disc

If you're using the unlimited FAT did you replace the fifa.exe shortcut with the unlimited FAT one?

No my FIFA Says Wrong Disc every time The Unlimited FAT???. i use No dvd patch
