Can't get into Lobbys for 2 days now

the other 2 accounts works fine...i dont know why but im about to mail to konami about this...but thought i would ask for help here first

I sent a mail to KONAMI yesterday night about this problem and at last they replied me but I think this is a copy/paste answer

The reply is like below:

ive had the same thing for the last 2 days as well had to sign in as a nother account,i tryed to sign in a hour ago and could not even get into a lobby,i must say that the server is the worst i have ever seen it a f**king joke

the short term solution is to create new profile... then u can enter the lobby...

btw.. does anybody know how to delete the profile

i created a new one but i am back to the beggining cuttin out at the 2nd half and that email is a joke they must av knew this would av been a big seller due to high sales of previous releases they are just takin the **** out us now
