Cannot Figure Out How To Add An International Tournament

I come to you in desperation. I cannot solve this problem. I found a work around for the international friendlies problem. But, I can add new national teams to tournaments or add existing teams to New tournaments.

If I add a new tournament, it seems to crash every time. Even simple tournaments. If I just add new groups or teams to existing tournaments, it freezes in the midst of the season.

Any ideas?
