Cannot contact EA Sports OR Origin - anyone have an email address I can use?

I am the proud owner of Fifa17 AND Fifa16 and can't get either on to run.

Fifa17 is too buggy to use and I can't download Fifa16 due to the error:

I have uninstall FIFA16 and Origin multiple times and I still get this.
I have been trying to reach origin for 6 weeks by putting in an incident using their system - NO RESPONSE. I have waited for chat support : NO RESPONSE. They don't list an email support anywhere. EA Sports is a terrorist organization in my book. Any help would be appreciated.

This is unverified by me, but here's what another user said:

I got the same error. Found out it was just my Anti-Virus software blocking it since it is a new and not yet trusted download. Just turn off your anti-virus for about 30-60 minutes while it downloads and it should work just fine. Good luck and enjoy the game!

Hey, just happened to me and all I did was log out then log back in IT WORKS (btw I did this n 05/08/16 so there might be an easier way in the future)!

I solved my Error: 327683:0 by searching for an old lybrary where the game was downloaded but not installed. After deleting, it worked .

What I did was deleting the local content of the game in program data.
That made Origin repair the installation.

If all of the above fails:

1. Uninstall Origin.
2. Reboot the computer (Don't skip this one).
3. Re-Install latest Origin.
4. Re-Install the game.
