No application puts the CPU under so much stress like FM, so I would be lead to believe that your CPU is overheating. One solution to this would be to turn off the computer, take the CPU fan off and clean it, and make sure you give the heatsink aswell a good thorough cleaning aswell. When the FM 2005 demo came out a few years ago it gave me the blue screen but a nice clean of the fan and heatsink and everything was fine. I wouldn't say no to taking the case off the machine.petarda_03 said:i have a problem. i play for 5 mins and then the pc crashes.can i do sth about it?please help
AIDA32 is a good program that tells you everything about your computer including hot your Motherboard/CPU chipset is from inside Windows. Heatsink-Guide should tell you the max °C your chipset can take (if it's listed), if you didn't already know it, so it may be a good idea to take note of it and then run AIDA32 whilst playing FM and see if overheating is the problem.
The hottest my PC will get is 44°C, under maximum stress, which is amazing considering the limit is 90°C.
