Are you sure you are entering the rite I.P address becouse i had this problem my game wasn't automaticly putting the I.P in, it should tell you their I.P address some where before the game loads, what are you using?
pes4launcher / pes4online wont fix your connection problems, they just input an ip for you, they have nothing to do with actualy making the connection.
try looking on www.portforward.com and www.firewalling.com
If you can host but not client then it does sound like a router problem, and dmz can fix this if done correctly, you must have a static ip setup on your computer and make that static ip the dmz server.

nono. It does for some reason. Some people had problems. And when they used either one of them it works. Weird I know. But there muse be some logical explanation. Cause some people can only play the game online with pes4launcher but not manually inputting ip or pes4online. some only pes4online but not manually inputting ip or pes4launcher.
But that is impossible, there is no difference from pes4launcher putting the ip in for you than you doing it manualy, and after you press the button to connect.. pes4launcher and pes4online dont affect the connection process.
The only explanation for that would be people putting the wrong IP address into the game manualy.

Well maybe the way the games connect may affect it. Cause it's not about inserting the ip incorrectly. Since if both pes4online and pes4launcher inputs the ip automatically and only one of them works, error inputting is cancelled out. Manually input cannot be the case since the person checked the number input to the one of the opponent several times. Even used DNS on IRC to check.

Somebody help! I can't join games and DMZ is not the solution... heeeelp...
BTW I notice after I join the game even if I disabled DMZ on my pc I can play the whole game trught... it is only during the exchange or establishing the connection where DMZ has to be enable to my pc for me to join games.
