Can be limit of teams broken?

Hello,
I want to add in my Fifa as many teams as possible. But I've read, that is there limit in formations table (1024). Can be this broked? (Like creating new table or so?)

Starting XI
You can only play one team at a time so you don't need all teams in one file. Create multiple files.
