Can anyone tell me how to add backgrounds etc..?

I want to make my game look like cm3 where the background changes whenever you pick a team or a player...i just want to attribute background pictures to players, clubs and competitions but somehow the uniq id nr isn't enough because there isn't any index file. I can only change the default background, and that forces me to play with the same background the whole time, making the "show background pictures" option useless.

Also i can't input team logos to teams that didn't have logos in the original game (english premier league teams etc), or input players pictures to players that didn't have a picture in the original data..

Do i have to create index files to do it? if so, what's the program to do it?

for pictures: go to options and turn of picture cache or something.
