Can Anyone Help Me Install Mods For PES 2008?

Im trying to install mods for PES 2008 but am having problems with AFS Explorer.
When i try to import an AFS file, it says theres not enough room.
It then says couldnt import file.
Check the AFS file isnt write protected or there is enough reserved space.
Any help is appreciated as this is driving me nuts.
