Board Selling My Players

I have destroyed 3 careers so far just because im working my a** hard to make a 5 star team from a low rated team, and surprise! my best player decide to leave club. Just like that. He's allways in first 11, im raising his contract every time he ask, no problem there.
Suddenly, he want out, the board cry on his shoulder and bang! i've got a mail with player sold. WTF!!!????
No dude, you have 4 years of contract left, you stay here. If you cry, i send you in reserves, BUT YOU LEAVE WHEN I WANT or when contract it's over.
Now, i'm f'ing tired of this so i ask:
Somewhere in "manager.ini" or in another ini file exist a solution for this?

(dont lecture me with real life situation, because in real life the board invest, make and manage the money so they have the rights to sell players. Here, i make money and they send mails. Jeez!)

i'm playing as FC Bayern for the current season & in the mid-season, my GK, Neuer, was sold! why would FCB ever sell off Neuer?
