Anyway I didn't really handicap the teams you play on purpose, some parameters I added are very dependent on the players skills, EA's standard gameplay made all teams almost equal, I had the same feeling playing AC Milan or playing Chesterfield, there was no noticeable difference between them.
To illustrate what I mean, do you remember playing some big team like Chelsea, Milan, Juve, Barça ... against a far lower star opponent and get your ball stolen like if it was nothing and end the match with 20% ball possesion? I almost threw the Fifa06 dvd out of the window when that happened in my first match (I was used to my modified Fifa2005 gameplay for months then)
Now, with my gameplay when you play a big team vs a much lower opponent, you will wipe them of the field (as would happen in RL), however if you play a lower team yourself (like in the beginning or a career) you're going to feel handicapped and have a far worse time than before also.
I find my gameplay to be good as it is, only thing I still would want to add is when I find out how to obtain scoreable free kicks (not one on hundred as it is now, but one on ten) without changing the ball physics to the point of every long range shot will go in, but I don't find it too funny to change every decimal in every setting and then go test it ingame, I don't get paid to do that, and only the sun comes up for free.

I have had some very fun matches on your game. A 3-2 last minute win against Arsenal as United. I think your patch is near perfect 
yeah i am superior. apparently you have a very short temper and u are so easily confused. you got angry cos i said ea dont employ ppl who know how to change numbers. ok maybe saying mediocre was harsh but he it was just plain childish to go nuts. why i didnt use my name was bcos i was investigating how on earth u recieved an applaud seconds after upload. even if the person was flash he couldnt have finished 1st have let alone write such a long commendation.
everyone has the right to be skeptical so u cry is something i dont get. where is RL btw?

As for EA, I already work for them as a managing editor (database work) as a secondary job, and my real name appears in the credits of Fifa06. EA doesn't even know I make sound packs and other stuff for their games, but I would like to do that as a full time job as I lost my main job due to health reasons after 15 years of service. (add that to my anger)

You may want to try Monkeydragon's gameplay mod available on Fifa Polonia, his gamespeed is greater but the gameplay is good also, as I said before, gameplay settings preference is a very personal thing, if I speed up the game speed again, many will hate the change...
If you really would like to stick with mine, then open the ai.ini files inside the config.dat and ini.big and experiment with the GAME_SPEED= settings, till you achieve one you like, but I can't guarantee the gp will remain enjoyable at greater speeds as the current game speed (or lack thereof) is one of the main pillars it is build around to begin with...

hey guys cut the fight now I have one question for Billy1969...
I'm playing at legendary level and found that through passes are a bit too easy...also, the CPU keeper is a bit unrealistic, since he saves almost every shot of mine (except for the shots hitting the crossbar or the post and then go in...and except for the second shots after the keeper punches out the first ones)... Also, the keeper usually charges out too far and too soon, sometimes makes it harder to score in one-on-one situations but sometimes makes me able to score f*ckin easy and unrealistic goals because the keeper has left his place, and with one pass to an unmarked player (this is also easy to do because you made the CPU worse than before in cutting my passes) in an onside position I can easily do a simple shot into an empty target.

I must also admit I didn't test legendary too much as I don't like that game mode. It is more easier to score than in standard EA legendary mode because the goalkeeper has the same "flaws" he has in the other difficulty levels.
Now the goalkeeper thing, I tried to enable absolute perfect goalies option, but then it was more frustrating as he could save shots that always would go in in real life, so I disabled it. Now he's not as perfect but it's the closest I could get to human reaction. Maybe he comes out a fraction too soon though, I'll try to tweak that further.
The CPU cutting the passes worse than before is also done on purpose, if I make it harder, it gets harder for all difficulty levels (general option) and I don't like John Doe to intercept Kaka's passes like it was the easiest thing in the world.
As I said a gameplay modification is a very personal taste matter, if I modify too much, people that don't like it now will start to like it more, but the people that love it the way it is now, will dislike it more, it's a double edged knife...
I will make a 1.1 version in about a month or so with the most doable requested changes (not a ton) and then it's the final one, people that don't like this one should try OckhAms or Monkeydragons ones, both very good ones in their style, and there's also AC12, Aliluka and surely other gameplay mods around this year (a ton more than before really) as mine will not change a whole lot, even in the next version.

Hey Billy - using your gameplay with Rinaldo's animations has made Fifa a new game for me. I had a hell of a time using Brazil, to beat Uruguay - and I had a good time doing it! Congrats and well done. As you correctly say, "gameplay settings preference is a very personal thing" and personally, I like it.
